Is CIB still there?

Hello everyone, long time no see... I finally get some time off from school to play and cant logon! As some of you know I'm located in the States and from here I cant ping or visit anything CIB related (Forum, CIB Mall, CIB Net Station ect). Its been this way for about 5 days (12-24-08 here now). Strangely enough, we had nothing about the cable break here until yesturday. See you all about mid January. Any body know who won the online auctions?
